First method:

1.Begin by switching off the cell phone, by using the Power button.

2.Then press and hold together the Volume Up + Power key for a few seconds.

3.In order to go into Recovery Mode hold down the Power key.

4.While holding Power key press Volume Up button once

5.Then use Volume buttons to select "wipe data/factory reset" and tap the Power button to confirm.

6.Afterwards choose "yes" from the menu, and accept it with Power button.

7.When a Recovery Mode appears again on the screen accept option "reboot system now" using Power rocker.

8.That's all. The hard reset operation should be completed.

Second method

1.If the device is off, hold down the Power button to turn it back on.

2.Afterawrds from Main Menu find and select Settings.

3.Then open the Backup and Reset folder and select Factory Data Reset.

4.In the next step tap Reset Phone and read the warning when it pops up.

5.Choose Erase Everything and the phone will begin restoring.

6.Success! The hard reset is done.

Third method:

First of all, downlad and install the ADB drivers and Android Multi Tools on your computer.

Switch off the device by holding down the Power key for a few seconds.

Afterwards press and hold the Volume Down and Power button untill phone goes to Fastboot Mode.

1. Connect the phone with your computer via the USB cabel.
2. In the next step run the Android Multi Tools.
3. Then from the available options select Wipe Data/Cache.
4. Good job! The factory reset is done
5. WARNING !
6. Hard Reset will erase all of your data
